Create Real Magic 3.0 [as we called it internally] wasn’t just a campaign—it was an innovation engine in full motion. The initial discussions started with shortlisting two bold ideas: Should we bring Sundblom’s iconic Santa to life in an interactive experience, or create a snow globe that captures cherished Christmas memories? By the end of that conversation, the question wasn’t this or that—it was why not both? The vision became clear: enable people to have meaningful conversations with Sundblom Santa about their favorite Christmas moments and transform those memories into a personalized, video snow globe.

BUT the challenge?? This platform didn’t exist. It was at the time, an idea. But the vision was sharp, and the intention was unwavering: this would be done.

The mission was to bring together the sharpest minds across the industry to create a first of it’s kind consumer experience that harnessed the power of AI to entertain and engage throughout the season, creating personal and share worthy content. With partners like Bain and Accenture, and cutting-edge technology from Microsoft and OpenAI, we transformed the vision into a global experience. Specialists like Leonardo.ai and Mimic brought technical brilliance, ensuring the experience was as emotionally resonant as it was technically flawless. This wasn’t just about creativity—it was about execution. Dreaming big is easy; delivering big is where the magic happens.Multimodal AI powered seamless interactions, blending natural language processing, personalized video creation, and dynamic rendering into something truly groundbreaking. The result? A user journey that felt magical but was built on razor-sharp precision and innovation.

The campaign was activated across Coca-Cola’s global markets, becoming the centerpiece of the brand’s Christmas narrative. Watching it dominate the holiday conversations in market [and on LinkedIN lol] was proof of what’s possible when sharp vision and bold execution meet a ‘can do’ attitude.
